Bastion does not sell personal information for money. On our public marketing website, some advertising or analytics technologies may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law.
You may opt out of such sale or sharing using the form on this page. This opt-out does not affect essential service, security, compliance, or transaction-related processing.
This opt-out does not apply to Customer Content, PHI, Part 2 Records, prompts, uploads, transcripts, audio, outputs, or authenticated BastionGPT application data, which we do not sell or share for advertising.
Marketing website activity
Advertising and analytics pixels on bastionintelligence.com from Meta, Reddit, and LinkedIn, including cookie or pixel identifiers, IP address, device or browser information, and interactions with our marketing pages.
BastionGPT application data
Customer Content, PHI, Part 2 Records, prompts, uploads, transcripts, audio, and outputs from the authenticated BastionGPT application are never sold or shared for advertising, regardless of this opt-out.
Essential processing
Service operation, security, fraud prevention, legal and regulatory compliance, and transaction-related processing continue regardless of your opt-out election.

You can also submit a privacy choice request by emailing legal@bastionintelligence.com. Authorized agents may submit on your behalf with written authorization; we will verify identity before processing.
