What to expect on the call
A 30-minute working session with a senior advisor. We'll cover your current stack, compliance posture, and the two or three outcomes that matter most this quarter — then share a written recap within one business day.

Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. Existing customers are protected by our existing Terms. Prospective clients can request an NDA via email. If your legal team prefers their own, we are generally able to sign theirs instead.
Who's on the call?
A senior Bastion Intelligence advisor, usually the person who would scope or lead your engagement, not a sales development rep.
Is the scoping call billed?
No. The first 30-minute call is free. If we continue into paid scoping, we tell you before any billable hours start.
What size clients do you work with?
From solo clinicians using BastionGPT up to integrated delivery networks with multi-state footprints.
How fast can you start?
For advisory engagements, typically 1–2 weeks from a signed SOW. Office-hours retainers can start within a week.
Do you work outside the US?
We serve US, Canada, and Australia headquartered healthcare organizations. International engagements are considered on a case-by-case basis with a compliance review.
