Scoping call & scoping memo
30-minute call with a senior advisor, followed by a written scoping memo with options, timeline, and fixed pricing. No open-ended discovery phase billed by the hour.
Discovery & current-state assessment
Interviews with stakeholders, review of existing tooling and policies, and a clear-eyed assessment of what's working, what isn't, and where AI can realistically move the needle.
Design & build
We draft policies, stand up pilots, ship prompt libraries, or train staff, whatever the engagement calls for. Senior people do the work; no pyramid staffing.
Handoff & office hours
